Exhibition mode

This feature allows users with photovoltaic installations to create a public-facing "exhibition view" showcasing key performance indicators, real-time data and positive impact of their system. This mode is specifically designed to meet the requirements of publicly displaying funded projects, making it ideal for sharing on a television or any public screen.

How to create an exhibition view​

This feature is exclusively available on tablets and desktop versions of the application.

  1. On the main dashboard, for a house with photovoltaic panels, click on the "More" option.
  2. From the dropdown menu, select "Exhibition Mode".

Upon selecting "Exhibition Mode", you will be prompted to configure the following:

  • Display name: enter the name you want to be displayed prominently on the exhibition view.
  • Subtitle: provide a brief subtitle or description to further contextualize the display.

Once the name and subtitle are entered, the exhibition view will be generated, displaying the following information:

  • Real-time installation data: live power data reflecting the current status of the photovoltaic system.
  • Today's power data: a summary of the energy production and consumption for the current day.
  • Current month's energy summary: an overview of the energy generated, consumed, and the balance for the current month.
  • Key performance indicators (KPIs):
    • Consumption: total energy consumed this month and year.
    • Production: total energy generated by the solar panels this month and year.
    • CO2 emission reduction: estimated amount of carbon dioxide emissions avoided due to solar energy generation this month and year.

Displaying the exhibition view:​

The generated "Exhibition Mode" view is designed to be easily displayed on a television screen, public display, or any other type of monitor. Simply access the generated link on the desired screen to showcase the real-time performance and impact of the solar installation.

Default logos (mandatory for funded projects)​

The exhibition view will automatically display the following logos, fulfilling the requirements for publicly acknowledging funding:

  • Funded by the EU
  • Ministry for Ecological Transition and the Demographic Challenge
  • IDAE
  • Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan

Currently, the option to automatically upload your institution's logo to the exhibition view is not available. To include your logo, please follow the standard support ticket creation process, specifying that you would like your logo added to your "Exhibition Mode" view. Our support team will assist you with this request.
