Portal

Clevergy Operations Portal is the main interface for managing your users, installations, and operational activity across the platform.

Dashboard KPIs​

The main dashboard displays key metrics at a glance:

  • Total users: Total number of registered users.
  • Completed users: Users who have completed onboarding and have valid data.
  • New tickets: Support tickets created and not yet processed.
  • Open sales opportunities: Active commercial opportunities not yet closed.
  • Total supply points: Unique supply points (e.g. homes or locations) linked to an energy contract.
  • PV (Photovoltaic): Installations with solar generation systems.
  • Aerothermal: Installations with aerothermal systems.
  • Batteries: Installations that include energy storage systems.

You can also check the New users and Active users evolution charts to track growth and engagement over time.

User profile​

Access your profile by clicking your username in the top-right corner of the portal. The popup shows your email, role, and company, and allows you to log out of your account.
