Connections
Connections keep your customer data in sync between your ERP or CRM and Clevergy, so your users find their contracts, invoices and balance ready in the app without any manual work.
A connection can work in two ways:
- Clevergy connector: Clevergy connects to your ERP and retrieves the data on a regular basis. You only need to provide access.
- Connect API: your ERP, CRM or technology provider sends the data to Clevergy through the Connect API.
The following connections are available:
- Audinfor
- Enexpa
- Gisce
- Neuro Energía
- Connect API: connect any other ERP or CRM.

- Consumption data does not come from the ERP. Clevergy retrieves it separately through Datadis or the distributors, using the CUPS of each contract.
- Some features depend on specific data. If a connection does not provide it, the related feature is not shown in the app or is shown with less detail.
