Distributors integration

The distributors integration allows access to users' consumption data by connecting with the electricity distributor.

To integrate a user via FTP (i.e., to obtain their data through this method), the user must have an active electricity contract. This is how we ensure we don't access data we shouldn't, and that it isn't shared improperly. You can check whether a contract already exists by searching for its CUPS in the contract list.

Currently, the following distributors are integrated:

  • ASEME
  • e-distribución
  • i-DE
  • UFD

Setup from the portal​

Follow these steps to integrate a distributor:

  1. Go to Settings → My Integrations.
  2. Click the Add button in the Distributors section.
  3. Select the distributor.
  4. Fill in the following fields:
    • Name: A descriptive name to identify the distributor.
    • FTP address: The link used to access files on a server via the File Transfer Protocol (FTP).
    • Username and Password: Credentials required to authorize access to the data.

Once the integration is created, the CUPS information is loaded automatically every day at 15:00, matched against the CUPS from the client's active electricity contract.
