Contract list

In this section, you can view the complete list of contracts registered in the system, along with the main indicators and available filters.

Visible KPIs​

  • Total active contracts
  • Contracts that have used Clevergy (app or microfrotend)

Available filters​

  • Status: filter by active or inactive contracts.
  • Self-consumption: filter by whether the contract has self-consumption (yes/no).
  • Contract type: filter by electricity or gas contracts.
  • Search by CUPS, DNI, or contract number: search field to locate a specific contract.

Contract table​

The table displays the following information for each contract:

  • Contract number
  • CUPS
  • DNI
  • Type
  • Status
  • Start date
  • End date

At the top right of the table, the total number of results is shown based on the filters.

Contracts can't be created from this list. Normally, contracts are loaded automatically through the Connect API or the integration with the client's ERP/CRM. Also, you can create a contract manually from the user's page (see Create a contract).
