Multi-language

The application supports language management, allowing a localized experience for the client. Currently, the available languages are:

  • Spanish
  • Galician
  • Catalan
  • English

Utility-level default configuration

If your team import clients through the connect API, you can define a default language for those clients. If no language is specified during the import process, your default language configuration will be applied as the initial value.

Client-level preference

When the client accesses the application for the first time, the application automatically detects the browser language. If the detected language is available, it is proposed as the preferred language.

The client can manually change the language at any time from My account section within the application. Once updated, this language is stored as the client's preferred language and takes precedence over any utility-level configuration.

Language usage in communications

The selected language (or, if not available, the applicable default language) will be consistently used across all user touchpoints, including:

  • Application interface
  • Push notifications
  • Emails
  • Any other future communications

This ensures a coherent and personalized experience across all channels.
