What can be done with the extracted OCR information
You can take advantage of this information to implement it directly in the recruitment module or to consume it directly in your systems via api.
Send the information to the contracting module
The result of this OCR can be connected to the contracting module, which allows for an analysis of the potential savings a user could achieve with each of the supplier's tariffs. Additionally, it enables quick contract completion by pre-filling the form fields with the information extracted from the invoice OCR.
Send the information via API
If all you need is the information extracted from the OCR of invoices, you can also receive this data via api.
Supported tariffs
This invoice OCR uses an artificial intelligence algorithm that is not limited to a specific format or a particular supplier. Thanks to its ability to learn and recognize patterns, it can process invoices from any supplier.
In addition, it interprets documents in different formats, whether images or PDFs, and of different resolutions.
