Maintenance
The Maintenance workspace centralizes operational management tasks related to all installations. It provides a structured environment to monitor issues, review relevant information, and take action when needed. This workspace is designed to help operations teams stay organized and maintain visibility across their portfolio.
Alerts
The Alerts tab allows the review and management of active operational alerts from a single centralized view.
It helps to:
- Identify alerts that require attention.
- Understand their relative importance through a unified priority system.
- Access detailed information for each alert.
- Mark alerts as resolved.
How alerts are generated
Alerts originate from monitored installations and are processed through Clevergy’s unified alert model. They are normalized under a unified severity model to ensure consistent prioritization.
Alerts can come from:
- Manufacturer alerts: Raw alerts sent directly by inverter manufacturers.
- Clevergy smart alerts: Alerts generated based on internal rules and anomaly detection logic. Learn more about smart alerts here
Priority levels
Each alert is assigned a priority level to help quickly understand its operational relevance. This allows the distinction between noise, signals, and real operational problems.
- High: Critical or persistent issue
- Medium: Signal or recurring issue
- Low: Informational or short-lived event
- Null: Resolved alert
Note that only High and Medium alerts appear in the Alerts tab. Low and Null priority alerts remain available in the installation-level alert history.
Alert validity
Each alert remains valid for 30 days from its last occurrence.
- If the alert reoccurs within 30 days, it is considered the same one.
- If it reoccurs after more than 30 days:
- The previous alert remains closed (priority Null if it was resolved).
- A new alert is created.
This logic ensures that recurring issues are tracked properly without generating duplicate alerts.
