Create Datadis integration

Steps needed to create a user with their distributor data from Datadis

Guide to create a user with housing information and consumption data from Datadis​

There are two different flows for Datadis integration, depending on whether the user is an individual or a legal entity (company). Both processes are detailed below:

Flow for individuals​

  1. Create the user: Start by entering the user's personal data to generate a userId.
  2. Create the house: Enter the house data including CUPS to generate a houseId.
  3. Integrate the user with Datadis: Finally, link Datadis to the userId by entering their personal data (ID number is mandatory) to enable monitoring of all smart meter data.
