Installations

Solar installations manage the connection with all compatible inverters. In the overview of the Installations section, you can find:

• KPIs showing the status of the installation
• Total number of installations and linked installations
• Filters to manage inverters by type, integration, status, and alerts
• Detailed list including installation name, peak power, address, status, number of alerts, and inverter brand.

This list of installations is updated every 3 hours, so if one of your company's installers has just completed an installation and has correctly registered it in the inverter portal, the installation will appear shortly.

We have integrated inverter alerts to monitor the performance of installations. Now, when an installation encounters issues, alerts are received directly from inverters and synchronized with the Installation Dashboard. The end users of the application will not receive these alerts, as this tool is designed to assist the Operations team in managing installations.

Smart alerts for solar installations are here! In addition to registering Inverter alerts, we’ve developed four new smart alerts that complement and enhance the capabilities of existing alerts.

📄️ Link Installation

You can link an installation to a house so that the app user can view their installation information. This allows the homeowner to monitor their solar installation data directly through the mobile app.
