Installation details

In the installation details page you will find:

  • Basic details: plant name, address, installation date, peak power, inverter brand and linked house.
  • ** Power and energy information**:
    • Energy graph showing production and consumption data
    • Current power production
    • Power balance
    • Battery usage (if applicable)
  • Alerts:
    • A historical view of the alerts, including severity, alert name, registration date, and last occurrence date. These alerts are only visible to the Operations team and are not shown to end users.
  • Actions available:
    • Link/unlink a house
    • Access inverter website
    • Edit installation data (plantName, address, peak power) from this page or via Connect API. If these values are updated manually through either method, they will not be overwritten by subsequent changes on the inverter website.
      • Peak power sync rule: inverter data only overwrites the stored peak power value when it is 0 .
