Alerts

We have integrated inverter alerts to monitor the performance of installations. Now, when an installation encounters issues, alerts are received directly from inverters and synchronized with the Installation Dashboard. The end users of the application will not receive these alerts, as this tool is designed to assist the Operations team in managing installations.

Features​

  • Alert KPIs: Displays the number of installations affected by alerts, providing an overview of performance and status.
  • Filterable Installation List: You can now filter installations affected by alerts and manage them by accessing a detailed view of each installation along with its alerts.
  • Alert Details: In the detailed view of an installation, you can access information about the issue, along with recommendations on how to address and resolve it.

These improvements make the Installations Dashboard a more comprehensive and functional tool, centralizing both the status and alerts of each installation.
