Create an user

You can easily create an user from the portal without external help.

How to create an user from the portal​

  1. Go to the Users section of the portal.

  2. Click on the "New user" button.

  3. Fill in the form with:

  • Name (required)
  • Surname
  • Email (required)
  • Mobile phone
  • DNI/NIE/CIF
  1. Decide if you want to send him/her a Welcome email and ckeck/unchecked the checkbox accordingly.

Be careful with sending this email, as this action cannot be undone.

  1. Click on the "Add user" button.

Further actions​

Since your goal may not just be to create a user, but to have them receive consumption data, take a look at the possible cases that apply to your next cases.

You are a marketer​

If the user you have created must receive data from the distributor, you can check that the FTPs of the distributor are synchronized in My integrations (Settings).

If the FTPs are loaded, congrats! You have finished the process.

You are a solar panel installer​

If you have just created a user, it is possible that your goal is to make it possible for this user to view your PV installation from the application.

In this case, you can proceed to the next two steps:

  1. Create a user's home from the portal
  2. Associate a PV system to the user's home from the portal
