Send a personalized notification to an user​

If you want to address a specific user and send them an individual notification, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Users section of the portal and select the user.
  2. At the top, you will find the Send Notification button.
  3. Write your message. If you want to generate the content with AI, click on the Generate Notification button. Learn more about AI generated notifications.
  4. Once it's ready, simply click Send!

Be careful with the content of the notification, as it will be sent to the user you have selected.

Send a mass notification​

Mass notifications are communications sent simultaneously to a large number of users, delivering the same message to all of them at once.

To send a mass notification:

  1. Go to the Users section of the portal.
  2. Apply filters based on user status to group your target audience.
  3. Click the Send Notification to (n) users button.
  4. Fill in the title and content of the notification. If you want to generate the content with AI, click on the Generate with AI button. Learn more about AI generated notifications.
  5. Select the destination route in the app where the user will be taken if they tap the notification (e.g., homepage, user settings, support). By default the user will be taken to the home.
  6. Once it's ready, click Send Notification

Be careful with the content of the notification and the users you select, as it will be sent to all of them and this action cannot be undone.

Generate the content of the notifications with AI​

If you want to send a notifications and need AI assistance to write it, follow the same steps. The only difference is that below the description, you will find the option Generate with AI. Click on it and choose:

  • The tone in which you want the notification to be delivered:
    • Activation
    • Recurrence
    • Cross-selling
    • Warning
    • Fun Fact
  • The category:
    • Self-consumption
    • Energy Savings
    • Cross-selling
    • Switching
    • Energy Communities

Click the Generate Notification button, and you'll see the notification appear in seconds.
