Monthly report email

Description

This functionality aims to provide value to users and encourage them to download the app to access much more detailed data. Automated monthly consumption reports are sent to users on the 5th of each month, including personalized consumption insights with smart call-to-actions based on the user's installation type.

Standard email: Monthly consumption evolution vs previous month, annual comparison (if available), and "Available in the app" CTA.

Solar email: All standard content plus "View my installation in real time" CTA for real-time installation monitoring.

To activate this feature: Contact us and we will enable it in your account so it automatically sends to your clients.

Requirements

• Minimum 20 days of consumption data from previous month
• Active user with valid email and house data
• Verified email configuration in portal
• Annual comparison only displays if previous year data exists
