Banners

Banners are configurable elements that are displayed on the home screen of the App. This functionality allows you to create promotional campaigns and generate sales opportunities in a targeted way to your users.

To create a banner, go to App settings in the portal and configure the elements listed below. Note that the banners configured here always take priority over other in-app banners.

User segmentation

Choose who will see the banner:

  • All users: The banner is shown to all app users
  • Battery candidates: Only users who have more than 20% energy surplus and are potential candidates for installing a battery
  • Aerothermal candidates: Only users who are potential candidates for installing an aerothermal system
  • Icon: Select a representative icon for your message (battery, aerothermal, etc.)
  • Title: Write an attractive and clear title
  • Description: Add descriptive text (maximum 148 characters). Markdown supported (e.g., bold, links).
  • Button: Including a call-to-action button is optional. If you choose to add it, you can configure the type of sales opportunity created when a user clicks it. Available only when the button is enabled.
    • Type of sales opportunity: Select the related product type:

      • Aerothermal
      • Battery
      • Electricity
      • Appliances
      • Other
      • PV (Photovoltaic)
      • Electric vehicle
    • Button URL: Optional link to a web page with more information

When a user clicks on the banner button:

  1. A sales opportunity is automatically generated in the portal with the selected type
  2. The user is marked as "Interested" in the system
  3. You can track the opportunity from the Sales Opportunities section, where you can manage the complete sales process (update its status, add notes and follow-up)
  4. If you have configured a URL, the user will also be directed to the specified web page

Best practices

For effective titles

  • Use clear and direct titles
  • Include keywords like "Offer", "Discount", "Promotion"
  • Keep the title concise but attractive

For descriptions

  • Clearly explain the offer or promotion
  • Include information about discounts or benefits
  • Use a tone that motivates action
  • Make efficient use of the 148 character limit

For segmentation

  • Use segmentation to show relevant messages
  • Battery candidates respond better to energy storage offers
  • Aerothermal candidates are ideal for heating/cooling promotions
