Access control
The Access Control section lists every user with access to the Clevergy Portal and lets Admins manage them.
To add a new user, click the Add user button, fill in their name, surname and email, and choose the role that matches what they need to do in the portal. Once created, the user appears in the list and can log in with that email address.
The interface displays a list of all registered users, showing:
- Registration date: when the user was added to the portal.
- Name and surname: basic identification information.
- Email: the address used for login.
- Role: the access level granted to the user. See Roles and permissions.
- Actions: options to edit the user, including their role, or remove their access.
Who can manage access
Only users with the Admin role can add users, change their role or remove their access. Managers and Users can open this section and see the list, but not modify it.
You can’t change your own role or delete your own account. Another Admin has to do it for you.
Roles and permissions
Every user with access to the Clevergy Portal has a role, which decides what they can do once they log in. There are three preset access levels, designed to fit the way most teams are organized, so you can decide who can do what.
