Huawei Oauth

At Clevergy, we have developed integration with Huawei inverters also with Oauth. This means that instead of using the installers credentials, the user can add it's own credentials.

In order for your users to access this integration, check in Settings to see if it's activated. If the integration doesn't appear, you can request to activate it.

User credentials

The user credentials must be type "Owner" role in Huawei.

To create an Owner-type user in Huawei's FusionSolar system, follow these steps:​

  1. Log in to the FusionSolar Web Portal: Access the system with an account that has the necessary permissions, typically a Company Administrator or Installer account.
  2. Navigate to Company Management: From the main menu, select System > Company Management.
  3. Add a New User: Choose the relevant company or subsidiary from the navigation tree on the left and click on Add user.
  4. Enter User Information: In the dialog box that appears, input the basic information for the new user, such as their name, email address, and mobile number. After completing this, click Next.
  5. Assign the Owner Role: On the role selection screen, choose Owner and proceed by clicking Next
  6. Associate Plants: Select the plant(s) that the new Owner will have access to. Move the selected plant(s) to the user's account by clicking the blue arrow button.
  7. Confirm and Finalize: Review the information and click Confirm to create the new Owner account.
  8. After completing these steps, the new Owner will receive an email with their login credentials and can access the FusionSolar platform accordingly.
