User List

In this section, you can view the complete list of users registered in the system, along with the main indicators and available filters.

Visible KPIs​

  • Total users
  • Completed registrations
  • Users who have used the app
  • Active users (last 30 days)

These KPIs are displayed at the top of the screen and provide a quick overview of the user base status.

Available Filters​

  • Search by email, DNI/NIE/CIF, or CUPS...: Search field to locate specific users.
  • Status: Dropdown filter to segment users by their registration status.
  • Has used the app: Dropdown filter to show only users who have logged in from the app at any time.
  • Activity (Active): Dropdown filter to segment by user activity. A user is considered "Active" if they have logged in from the app or from the Connect API (for example, for microfrontend validation or any other use) during the selected time period.

Available Actions​

  • Notify users: Allows you to send a mass notification to the filtered users.
  • Add user: Button to create a new user.

User Table​

The table displays the following information for each user:

  • Date
  • First name
  • Last name
  • Email
  • Identification document
  • Status

At the top right of the table, the total number of results is shown based on the filters​
