GoodWe integration

The GoodWe integration allows administrators to connect and monitor GoodWe inverters through the platform.

How to request GoodWe API credentials?

  1. If you do not have a GoodWe account, register here
  2. Send the completed API Access Request form to soporte.es@goodwetechnology.zendesk.com.
note

A valid PASSPORT is required for digital signature of NDA documents; an ID card (DNI) will not be accepted.

  1. GoodWe headquarters will send you a link to complete the NDA.
  2. Once the NDA is completed, you will receive a link to proceed with the digital signature process, where your passport will be required. An ID card (DNI) will not be accepted.
  3. After completing the signature process, you will receive API access and the corresponding protocol within one week.

Setup from the portal​

To integrate a GoodWe inverter, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Settings → My Integrations in the portal.
  2. Click Add Inverter.
  3. Select the GoodWe brand.
  4. Fill in the required fields:
    • Name: To identify your inverter later.
    • Username and Password: The same as used in SEMS.

Once completed, your GoodWe inverter is integrated.

Monitoring capabilities​

Once integrated, you will have access to:

  • Real-time production data
  • Energy consumption and balance
  • Production and consumption graphs
  • System alerts and installation status
