Growatt integration

The Growatt integration allows administrators to connect and monitor Growatt inverters through the platform.

Setup from the portal (administrators)​

Installer credentials integration​

Follow these steps to integrate the Growatt inverter using the installer's credentials:

  1. Log in to the Growatt monitoring platform as an installer or site admin.
  2. Go to System Setting → System Management and choose to Add API Request.
  3. Once the request is approved by Growatt, you will receive the API credentials by email.
  4. Go to Settings → My Integrations in the portal.
  5. Click Add Inverter.
  6. Select the Growatt brand.
  7. Fill in the required fields:
    • Name: Identifier for this integration in the portal (e.g. Production, Test).
    • Token: The API credentials received by email from Growatt.

Once completed, your Growatt inverter is integrated.

Monitoring capabilities​

Once integrated, you will have access to:

  • Real-time installation data not available
  • Energy production updated daily
  • Historical energy data available
  • Production and consumption graphs
  • System alerts and installation status

Growatt offers a wide catalog of devices and, in some cases, specific endpoint updates may be required to expose all available telemetry.
