Solis integration
The Solis integration allows administrators and users to monitor and manage inverter data through the platform.
Setup from the portal (administrators)
User credentials integration
Follow these steps to integrate a Solis inverter using user credentials:
- Send an email to spservice@solisinverters.com requesting access to the Solis API.
- Solis will ask you to sign an NDA.
- Once signed, Solis will send back an Excel file with the credentials needed to complete the integration below.
- Go to Settings → My Integrations.
- Click the Add Inverter button.
- Select Solis brand.
- Fill in the following fields:
- Name: Identifier for this integration in the portal (e.g. Production, Test).
- API Key and API Secret: These are the credentials provided by Solis after completing the API access request above.
Once completed, your Solis inverter is integrated.
Setup from the App (end users)
Only end users who meet the following requirements will be able to complete this process:
- Have a Solis Cloud account with username and password.
- Have owner permissions associated with their installation.

Monitoring capabilities
Once integrated, you will have access to:
- Real-time installation data updated every 15 min
- Hourly energy production and consumption
- Historical energy data available
- Production and consumption graphs
- System alerts and installation status
- Battery status monitoring
